Quake Strong offers seismic retrofitting services, including but not limited to building assessments, engineering coordination, tenant management, construction, and cost recovery assistance.
Quake Strong does not employ licensed engineers. We facilitate the coordination of engineering plans with third-party licensed engineers chosen by the client. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the suitability and accuracy of these plans.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their buildings, cooperating with Quake Strong's team during inspections and construction, and ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement between Quake Strong and the client. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule and are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Quake Strong reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of its services without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.
In no event shall Quake Strong, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quake Strong, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the client's use of our services.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
